I’m a Cornwall-based brand strategist, photographer, and yoga teacher, passionate about the outdoors, community, and wellbeing.

With over nine years of experience in brand development, sales, and marketing, I help ethical businesses grow through strategic consultancy and compelling storytelling, with the goal of inspiring positive social change. My work has spanned from a leading London health and wellness company to award-winning independents across Cornwall and Europe.

Creatively, my aesthetic weaves together rugged outdoor adventure with mindful, minimal moments, celebrating wellbeing in all its forms. This approach flows through my yoga offering, GROUNDED, where I teach weekly classes and host pop-up sessions, outdoor wellbeing events, and retreats, creating spaces for people to move, connect, and immerse themselves in nature.

I believe that when we’re healthy, aligned, and at our best, that energy flows into everything we do - our communities, our work, and the positive impact we create.
